After immigrating from China more than two decades ago with just two suitcases, Mingli built her life and career on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, earning an MBA from Loyola Marymount University along the way. Today, she leads Summit International Realty — bringing the same drive, discipline, and dedication that defined her personal journey to every property she manages.

With extensive training in real estate and property management, Mingli is known for expert contract negotiation, strategic investment guidance, and a genuine commitment to protecting her clients' interests. Following a successful career at Keller Williams, she became the owner of a Realty ONE Group franchise in 2020, launching Summit International Realty to serve the growing needs of Southern California's investment property community.

Specializing in luxury and income-producing properties, Mingli has achieved significant career milestones with a median sale and rental price well above market averages. Her expertise spans residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate across Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, and the greater South Bay.
